The module allows owners to book their own apartments/houses online within the agreed conditions, which automatically creates efficiency and simplicity. Investment and operation
Private individuals invest in a particular property like e.g. a holiday home and thereby become its owner. The holiday center or operator, in turn, manages the practical operations, administration, and especially the leasing of the property. For these tasks, the holiday center first receives the purchase price for the summer house and later a part of the rental income.
In addition to a share of the rental income, the owner is entitled to book the house for free for a number of weeks each year. The number of weeks and the timing within the season are mutually agreed upon.
