New in MPOS – Book Tables, Cancel Reservations and More
Manage table bookings directly from the MPOS app.
New Features for Picasso Digital Version 12
In addition to the extensive list of enhancements already included in the Version 12 Release Notes, we’re introducing even more new features.
This time, the focus is on MPOS, which has been enhanced with a range of new features designed to make everyday operations in your restaurant, café or bar even faster and more efficient.
Administrate table bookings
You can now add new table bookings on any date:
Select date
In the view, where you see existing table bookings, you can now select the date (before you could only see table bookings on current date):
Cancelling table booking
You can now also cancel table bookings. When you click on a table booking you are now given the option to cancel the booking or to check in the booking (check in only if booking is on current date).
Refund to card (Softpay)
If Softpay is being used for card payments, it is now possible to refund amounts to the card:
Negative prices on wares
You can ow add wares with negative prices to folios. One example where this can be used is to refund amounts that have been paid as a deposit.
Shared resources
MPOS now supports shared resources if enabled in hotel setup.
With Shared resources enabled, you can see and post transactions to rooms and halls in other hotels in the same domino solution:

Table setups (floor plans)
You can now see images of table setups (floor plans):
Upload table setup
To upload a new table setup, click on “Add” and select the image file from the file system.
To see a table setup, click on the table setup in the list:
